The thesis is simple. Data is cheap. Context is expensive. After systems of record and systems of engagement, the next layer is execution: software that does the work, where the work already happens. The category that has formed around this work calls it context engineering, and Maasv is what it looks like when the cognition loop above the memory is taken as seriously as the connectors underneath.

Maasv ships in two deployment modes. Self-hosted runs the database, the embeddings, the knowledge graph, and the audit trail entirely on your infrastructure, and nothing Maasv stores leaves your perimeter. Maasv-hosted runs the same components on Maasv infrastructure, dedicated to your tenant alone, with secrets isolated on a separate trust tier from the application database. You pick the inference provider in either mode, including a local model running inside your own network.
